Take a step back from the tasks that are stressing you, and join us for some mindfulness and creative exercises. Can’t find the words to describe what you’re feeling? Let’s draw them. All levels of experience with art or mindfulness are welcome. Bring the art tools of your choice, just some paper and pens or even Microsoft paint are just fine! Virtual workshop inspired by artist Yumi Sakugawa.
